Camillus Centre (St Joseph’s Hospital) is a public addiction treatment centre located in Elliot Lake, Ontario. Camillus Centre primarily focuses on treating men and women ages 17 or older who have a clear dependency on harmful substances. Their facility is capable of housing 40 patients who take part in their chemical dependency and family programs. Chemical dependency programs are 3-4 weeks long with a 5-day pre-treatent program. A typical day in the program includes lectures and discussions, videos, and professional counselling.
